Used to extend or slow down the dry time of the Aqua-Tone Stains, provides more open time for wiping on intricate or larger pieces. Also used to slow down the dry time of the final topcoat for better flow-out, reduced overspray and overall appearance of the final finish.

Thin with Aqua Coat Retarder a little at a time. The usual about is 5 to 10%  with a maximum of 20%.
